In Deuteronomy 29:29 it says "the secret things belong to the Lord." There is a profound wisdom in acknowledging how little we actually know.  As a famous theologian named Thomas Watson once said, "The greatest part of our knowledge is not as much as the least part of our ignorance."  Emotionally intelligent leaders have the humility to realize how little they know.  When we do the same, we open ourselves up to having compassion for our employees, patience with our leaders, a peace of mind around those who disagree with us.  Watch this Executive Coaching session where we explore the depth of unknown-unknowns and how they all point to the Creator.
