What to Expect from Your Coaching Package
Christian Coaching is not therapy, mentoring or counseling. I combine a non-directive style (the Socratic Method) with an as-requested consultative approach. This empowers you to take responsibility for the choices you make while supporting your growth process.
Most importantly, my coaching is coupled with the use of scriptures (as well as some pretty cool science and useful psychology) and may address specific projects, business successes, personnel issues or general conditions in your profession. Christian Coaching is a designed alliance that helps bring out the best in you and helps you create and live the life you want to live.
Throughout the coaching sessions, we will engage in direct and personal conversations by phone, in one hour sessions. You can count on me to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The power of this coaching relationship can only be granted by you, the client, and I fully expect to have a coaching relationship that is powerful.
This process also uses a series of tools, some developed by me, Motivationeer™, and others sourced from executive toolkits available in this field of study. All results are provided to you along the way.
